The HyperEYE imaging module exploits the light spectrum to extract physical properties, such as the composition and/or presence of specific molecules, from the object being analyzed.
Ocular Tissue Analysis
HyperEYE is specifically designed to analyze ocular tissues. The goal is to acquire the light spectrum for each pixel in the image.
Limitations of Traditional Methods
Traditional methods either use image scanning or matrix sensors, resulting in very long hyperspectral image rendering and the post-processing of a very large volume of data.
Innovative Technology
In the HyperEYE module, the traditional hyperspectral camera is replaced by a single detector, with only the light from the area of interest directed to the detector thanks to a dedicated and patented electro-optical system and a specifically developed and embedded control software.
Real-Time Analysis
The HyperEYE technology significantly reduces the volume of data to be processed, enabling real-time analysis in front of the patient.
